Customer Service for the site is available THROUGH the dating site.  Please do not email Claudia or her team as we're unable to respond to those questions.  The site is fully administered through TangoWire.  They make the rules, and they administer the site.

2.   Refund Policy 

Because of the nature of audio and digital products, refunds are available under the following circumstances only:

Physical Damage to the product in transit.

If the cover of the CD set, and/or the CD's themselves, arrive to you damaged, we will replace - not refund but replace - your damaged goods.  We do package the CD sets very securely for delivery, and the case is high quality, and selected in part for its durability, so this is very unlikely to happen.  If it does, please return the damaged goods to the return address on the package, and your new CD set will be sent to you immediately we receive it.


3.  Postage Options

At present the CDs are sent by regular airmail.  We are unable to offer expedited delivery options, but we're working on it.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
